CHILDCARE SERVICE

Art Week Tokyo is offering childcare service for infants and toddlers at AWT Focus (Okura Museum of Art). Sign your child up for art-themed activities with bilingual childcare professionals.

DATES
Friday, November 7, to Sunday, November 9

SERVICE HOURS
Up to 3 hours between 10am and 5:45pm (includes reception and pickup time)

LOCATION
AWT Focus (Okura Museum of Art)
2-10-3 Toranomon, Minato-ku
(AWT Bus stops C-1, G-1, EXP-1)

PARTICIPANTS
Infants and children between 6 months and 6 years of age

CAPACITY
Up to 5 children at any time (depending on age)

FEE
Per child
—1,000 yen for two hours (tax included)
—2,000 yen for three hours (tax included)
—Additional 500 yen per 30 minutes over the three-hour time limit

PAYMENT
A payment link will be sent to you along with childcare information upon successful booking. Please pay by credit card online.

RESTRICTIONS
- The full fee will be charged for all cancelations after the cancelation deadline, including in the event that your child has a fever of 37.5 degrees or higher.
- Service is limited to one-time use for each child.
- Please refrain from using strollers in the exhibition venue. Strollers may be checked at reception or in the childcare room on the B1 level.
- Please use the multipurpose toilet on the B1 level for changing diapers.
- There are no nursing rooms in the museum. Anyone who wishes to breastfeed nurse may ask the staff at the childcare room for assistance with breastfeeding or preparing formula, regardless of whether they have booked childcare service or not.

APPLICATION DEADLINE
Registration is on a first-come, first-served basis and will close as soon as capacity is reached. Day-of applications may be possible pending availability. Please inquire at the AWT Focus reception desk.
